Woman: Cloth Skirt, Felt Shoes, Cloth Blouse that leaves belly bare. Rich Woman: Shoulderless gown, slippers, circlet.
Wealthy Man: On the Karenwhimsy site that I linked above there is a picture of a man with a black hat with feathers. Something like that only with trousers to make it more westernised and modern. So it would be tunic/tabard, trousers, slippers and a comis type garment over the top.

Male: Cloth Coat, Snug Cloth Trousers, Felt Shoes

Kaffoa (f=2300, m=2300)

Bright clothing with colourful floral designs. The most common form of dress is a robe with a broad, brightly coloured collar. Both habitually wear the (practical) veils kept in place by a round felt hat but the women tend to keep their faces covered (due to high crime in their home region)
Both: Wildly curly brown Hair. Olive Skin.
Woman: Cloth Robe, Felt Shoes, cloth veil, felt hat
Male: Cloth Robe, Felt Shoes, cloth veil

Kihoa (f=2400, m=3100)

Woman: Cloth Skirt (would be good if it was split for riding), Calf Boots, Cloth Blouse that covers belly and at least part of the arms.
Male: Cloth Comis with sleeves, Cloth Trousers, Calf Boots (would be good if he could have a scimitar)

Suroa (f=3500, m=3500)

Both: Golden Brown/brown ringlet type curls, Tan skin. Bright clothing with bold geometric designs. Veils are fashionable but not practical so the see through ones are more appropriate than the thick cloth ones.

Male: Hip length Cloth tunic, Baggy Cloth Trousers, Felt Shoes

Tamoa (f=5000, m=4600)

Both: Very curly brown hair, Coppery skin. Clothing styles are as boisterous and flamboyant as the people themselves. Bold, often clashing, colours are used. The bright over-robes are generally left half open to expose much of the chest. Useless practically transparent veils are popular.
Woman: Over-Robe Robe, Heavily ruffled Cloth Skirt, Cloth Blouse leaving the belly bare, Gauzy Veil, Felt Shoes
Male: Over-Robe Robe, Loose Fitting Cloth Trousers, Gauzy Veil, Calf Boots

Liminoa (f=3800, m=3800)
